We are a pop-up/catering crawfish boil business that brings the southern crawfish boil experience to various locations. We normally partner with bars throughout the Chicago area but we also can do corporate and private events as long as they are held outdoors and we have access to a water source. We include red potatoes, corn, and incredible andouille sausage from a local butcher.

We are a pop-up/catering crawfish boil business that brings the southern crawfish boil experience to various locations. We normally partner with bars throughout the Chicago area but we also can do corporate and private events as long as they are held outdoors and we have access to a water source. We include red potatoes, corn, and incredible andouille sausage from a local butcher.
We have been big crawfish eaters since we lived in TX, where we are from, and we missed having crawfish when we moved here to Chicago. No one else does it here so we started doing our own boils for family and then for friends as well. We quickly realized there are a lot of people in Chicago area who love crawfish as much as us, if not more!
The crawfish season is normally January to July but due to the weather in Chicago and in Louisiana, we normally have our events March – June for crawfish. We can also do shrimp, lobster or crab in the off months. Look out for upcoming events on our Instagram page.

Hats and T-shirts are $30 and Hoodies are $50. We eventually will offer fishing shirts for $75.

Jacob Martinez has had a passion for food since childhood in Houston. After college he went to his first crawfish boil in 1994. Since then he has made every effort to create the perfect crawfish boil for friends and family. Jacob introduced his crawfish boils to the Wrigleyville neighborhood just 417 feet from Wrigley Field.
